If any item you order is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated time of arrival and we will process the rest of your order without delays. When your out-of-stock item becomes available, we will ship it to you at no extra cost.

In an effort to keep our temperature-sensitive products fresh when you receive them, we always request that the shipping carrier doesn't leave your shipment at the door. If no one answers the door at the time of the delivery, a delivery notice card will be left for you with information regarding pickup at the designated location.

Shipping & Orders

At this time we only ship to Canada and the US.

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days* and then dispatched for shipping from our Canada warehouse.

Expedited Shipping within Canada takes approximately 1-7 business days and approximately 4-7 business days to the US. Your order's total delivery time will be between 2-9 business days*, depending on the delivery destination. 

* We may temporarily suspend delivery of liquid products contained in glass bottles to sub-freezing areas or when our area is sub-freezing, because the glass bottles may crack. If this happens, the total delivery time of your order may be longer than normal.

  We offer FREE Expedited Shipping on all purchase orders that are over $75 USD (excluding taxes).

  All orders under $75 USD (excluding taxes) to the US - $9.95 USD shipping fee

  All orders under $75 USD (excluding taxes) to Canada - $9.95 USD shipping fee

Due to the nature of our products, our return policy does not allow for refunds or exchanges. We will assess every situation on a case by case basis. Please email us at: hello@shopecomaat.com 

If you orders arrived damaged, please do not throw the items away, we may ask for pictures of the damage to ensure we take measures to prevent it happening again.

As soon as we've looked into what went wrong, we'll let you know what we plan to do next by sending you an email.

When an order is placed, we begin processing as soon as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel your order soon after placing it, please send an email to hello@shopecomaat.com immediately with the order number in your email. We will try our best to help you with cancelling your order, however, once the order has been dispatched for shipping, we cannot cancel or change your order.

e-Gift Card

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

No, gift cards are non-refundable.

You can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

The original customer, who purchased the gift card for you, can click Resend gift cards from their order confirmation email. If the gift card has been partially used, then only the remaining balance will be sent to the original customer.

Email us the last 4 characters of the gift card code. In the subject line, state "Check gift card balance". Send it to hello@shopecomaat.com.
